Hey, just dropping by with instructions to install the Leopard OD Theme. Unzip the file, then drop the folder labeled "Leopard" into your OD backgrounds folder. It should be something like C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Dock\Backgrounds\Non-Tabbed. Once you have done that, restart Object Dock (if it is running), then right click somewhere on the dock and goto Dock Settings, then under the appearance option just choose which one you want.

Also I want to mention that the icons on the dock will not be reflective on there own. You will have to edit them, I have a webpage you can check out that has some file templates you can download and a video tutorial to show you how to do it. Here is the address: [link]
